Whether you like an expensive Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon or are happy with a fun and light Chardonnay from Australia, there are lots of wines for you and wines for every budget and taste profile. We have put together a fantastic list of wines for you to sample at this year's event and know you will find many new favorites.
There is simply no better way to be able to enjoy so many wines in a single event! Over 150 wines will be on hand to enjoy along with many wine professionals to whom you may address any wine questions you may have.
In addition and 2 weeks prior to the event, a panel of VIPs and wine professionals will judge the wines you will be sampling. Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be given out in 12 wine categories and the results will on display the day of the Grand Tasting

SATURDAY NIGHT
A Winemaker's Dinner featuring Phil Wente of California's Wente Vineyards. Phil will be presenting 5 of his best wines to accompany perfectly paired entrees prepared by Dedman School Chef Jim Koenigsberg.
Wine Maker Dinner: 6:30-9:30 pm
SUNDAY AFTERNOON
A Grand Wine and Food Festival featuring over 150 fine wines and 25 of Tallahassee's most popular restaurants. Stroll the spacious Tallahassee Automobile Museum's grand ballroom and sample over 50 tables worth of excellent wines, many of reserve and single vineyard quality and the delicious foods.
Tallahassee has some excellent restaurants, many you have tried and many you have not. Here is your opportunity to sample some of the delicious cuisine available in your own home town in one location and at the same event. The participating restaurants have come together to support this fund raising for the Dedman School of Hospitality and do so at their own time and expense.
Sunday Grand tasting: 5:00-8:00 pm

Phil Wente and Wente Vineyards:
Our special guest for the Winemaker's Dinner on Saturday night will be California Vintner Phil Wente who grew up in the family's estate winery. Wente Vineyards boasts 5 generations of making estate-bottled wines in California. Founded 125 years ago, it is the oldest, continually operated family owned winery in the state. Combining the traditional methods with innovative technology, the family has 3,000 acres of estate vineyards to produce the optimum grapes to make outstanding wines. The estate has its award-winning winery, an outstanding restaurant right on the property and one of the area's most challenging golf courses.
